Precautions for using outdoor fitness equipment

Publish:2021-07-07 09:17:59

When using outdoor fitness equipment, it is important to remember the "four precautions":

Note 1: Do not exercise excessively. People who have regularly participated in physical exercise in the past can increase their exercise volume appropriately, generally with a pulse rate not exceeding 110 beats per minute and not exceeding 120 beats per minute. Old comrades who did not participate in physical exercise frequently or at all in the past should first choose sports that are suitable for themselves.

Note 2: Before exercising, be sure to do warm-up exercises and warm up for about 10-15 minutes. This can prevent twisting of the ankle, waist, and nerve damage.

Note 3: After exercising, do some organizing activities. Because capillaries dilate after exercise, if a person sits still on the ground, their blood cannot return to the heart at the far end of the body, causing a feeling of tightness in the heart. For elderly people with high blood pressure and heart disease, they need to walk for about 10 minutes after exercise to take a break.

Note 4: It is important to manage exercise time effectively. Elderly friends should exercise for about 40 minutes each time, with no less than 30 minutes on the left and no more than 1 hour on the right.
