
1. Strictly abide by the national Product Quality Law, Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the New "Three Guarantees" Regulations to provide maintenance services to users.
2. Establish a 24-hour free service hotline (400 077 0338); We are responsible for verifying the issues complained by users, and will impose varying degrees of punishment on the management and handling personnel, as well as apologize to the users. If it is not the responsibility of our company, relevant personnel will also explain to the users and hope that they can provide us with the maximum support.
3. Received user correspondence, must be promptly processed and feedback provided within 24 hours;
4. Enjoy free warranty during the warranty period, lifetime maintenance outside the warranty period, and do not lower service standards or arbitrarily raise prices and charges;
5. Any of the following situations is not covered by the warranty:
(1) Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and upkeep by the user;
(2) Damage caused by non installation, maintenance, or disassembly;
(3) Unable to provide product qualification certificates or valid purchase vouchers, and valid vouchers that have been altered;
(4) Discounted products or products marked as not eligible for free warranty;
(5) Damage caused by uncontrollable factors;
(6) Products that have exceeded their service life.
The maintenance of the product after use is carried out by our professional service personnel, who conduct regular and irregular inspections and use the customer management system of Cangzhou Xinlong Teaching Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to track and maintain every product sold. Equipment malfunctions are resolved before they occur through regular maintenance and upkeep. We have a professional service team, and the service for fitness equipment starts from the beginning of use. We will establish user profiles, regularly communicate with users, and establish equipment profiles for lifelong tracking.
